Job Title: Area Manager Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to drive business growth and manage sales operations across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, strengthening distribution channels, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives to maximize performance and productivity.
Plan and execute field sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
Identify recent business opportunities through regular market visits and customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
Monitor territory performance, sales trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.




Conduct regular field visits to coach team members, review performance, and ensure effective execution.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales guidelines.
Required Experience
5–8 years of experience in General Insurance sales.
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or sales leadership.
Experience in managing multiple branches or territories is preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA or PGDM is preferred.
