Role Overview
This is a strategic Business Development role focused on driving new customer acquisition, key account development, and business expansion across diverse industry sectors.




The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver solution-driven Integrated Facility Management services while contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned business growth targets.
Develop relationships with CXOs, Procurement Heads, Administration, Facility Heads, and other key decision-makers.
Identify, qualify, and convert current business opportunities across assigned sectors and geographies.
Lead customer presentations, commercial discussions, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams to develop customized and competitive business solutions.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and long-term account development.
