Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Sanyog i CRM by Konnectmojo

About us
Konnectmojo is building India's only CRM designed exclusively for interior design businesses. Our product, Sanyog ICRM, helps interior designers manage leads, create BOQs, track projects, and run their entire operations from one platform. We have 20+ paying customers across 10+ cities and are growing fast.
What you will do
You will be the first person a potential customer talks to after they show interest in Sanyog. Your job is to understand their business, show them how Sanyog solves their specific problem, and convert them into a paying customer.
Day to day:
Run product demos daily on Google Meet
Follow up with prospects who attended a demo but have not signed up yet
Work closely with the telecalling team who book demos for you. Review their qualification notes before every call so you walk in prepared
Keep Bigin CRM updated after every demo so the team always knows where things stand




Hit your weekly and monthly conversion targets
Share feedback on what prospects say, what objections come up most, and which competitors they mention. This directly shapes our product and marketing.
What we are looking for
2 to 5 years in Saa S sales, inside sales, or B2 B sales. You have done product demos before and know the difference between showing features and solving problems
Comfortable on video calls. Camera on, confident, conversational
You listen more than you talk in the first 5 minutes of a call.
Discovery comes naturally to you
You are organized. CRM updates, follow-up schedules, daily reporting. Things do not slip through the cracks with you
Clear communication in English and Hindi. Other regional languages are a bonus since our customers are spread across India
Interior design knowledge is not required. We will train you on the domain. But you should be genuinely curious about how small busi
