Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial leader to head the Community Health Business at Doc Online. The role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, corporate partnerships, CSR fundraising, and execution of large-scale community health programs.
The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, stakeholder management, and team leadership, along with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced growth setting.
Key Responsibilities




Lead and scale the Community Health business in line with organizational growth objectives
Drive CSR fundraising, strategic alliances, and corporate partnerships across sectors
Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CSR leaders, foundations, NGOs, government bodies, and ecosystem partners
Identify and drive new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives
Oversee program delivery, execution excellence, and impact outcomes across community health initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams across fundraising, partnerships, program management, and operations
Develop scalable business models and sustainable revenue streams for community health programs
Represent Doc Online at industry forums, conferences, and strategic stakeholder engagements
Work closely with leadership teams on long-term strategy, expansion, and business planning
