Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Consultant to join our sales team on an independent contractor basis. The consultant will be responsible for generating sales through both inbound and outbound telephonic interactions. The role primarily focuses on Direct-to-Customer (D2 C) sales, with the flexibility to transition to Business-to-Business (B2 B) sales based on business requirements.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging prospects over the phone, building rapport quickly, identifying customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle both inbound and outbound telesales calls.
Sell products and services directly to consumers (D2 C).
Be versatile to transition to Business-to-Business (B2 B) sales campaigns whenever required.




Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM or designated systems.
Follow company sales processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Handle customer objections professionally and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Product Support - Functional (Pre and Post Sales)
• Provide basic guidance to customers on software installation and usage.
• Assist customers with initial setup and troubleshooting of company products.
• Coordinate with technical support teams for escalations when required.
• Ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain a basic understanding of Antivirus Software, VPNs, Web Browsers, and core concepts related to Safety, Security, and Privacy.
