Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business/Strategy Director with strong media strategy expertise and a strategic mindset to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling FMCG brands, developing integrated media solutions, leading client conversations, and driving new business pitches.
The candidate will work closely with the leadership team on New Business Development (NBD) initiatives and will initially manage strategic client engagements including accounts such as L&T;, while also contributing towards acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client business objectives and marketing goals.
Translate consumer insights, market trends, and brand challenges into effective media solutions.




Lead strategic thinking across campaigns, including media planning, channel selection, audience segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI and business impact.
Stay updated on evolving media trends, digital platforms, and consumer behavior.
New Business Development (NBD)
Drive new client acquisition through strategic pitch development and presentations.
Lead end-to-end media pitches, including:
Understanding client briefs
Developing communication and media strategies
Creating pitch narratives and presentations
Presenting solutions to senior client stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities within existing and emerging categories.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop differentiated media solutions.
Client Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their business challenges
