About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing high-impact strategic partnerships across key regions. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, scaling recruitment channels, and strengthening commercial performance across agent networks.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
Drive student recruitment growth through strategic planning and execution.
Build and implement market entry and expansion strategies in key regions.




Achieve revenue and enrolment targets in line with organisational goals.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and new growth opportunities.
Develop region-specific business plans and go-to-market strategies.
Represent the organisation at international education fairs, events, and industry forums.
Client Acquisition & Account Growth
Acquire and onboard new education agents and institutional partners.
Grow existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a key commercial point of contact for agents and institutional partners.
Build robust, long-term relationships to drive sustained business performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
