? WE ARE HIRING | FINANCE CONTROLLER
Location: Bangalore | Full-Time | Work from Office
Lumov, a venture-backed healthcare startup, is looking for a highly driven Finance Controller to lead the finance function end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end accounting, GL, AP, AR, reconciliations & financial controls
• Handle financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting & MIS
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, Income Tax and statutory compliance
• Manage treasury,



cash flow & working capital
• Work closely with founders on fundraising and strategic financial planning
• Build and manage the finance & accounts team
• Drive process improvement, automation and internal controls
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
Mandatory Requirements:
✅ CA / CMA qualification
✅ 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Zoho Books – Mandatory
✅ D2C / FMCG / Consumer business experience
✅ Experience handling online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Shopify, etc.
✅ Solid knowledge of taxation, financial reporting and controllership
✅ Advanced Excel skills
