The Client Engagement Manager is where that promise either holds or breaks. You're the person closest to both the client's business and our delivery reality, and the only one positioned to keep them honest with each other.

The role carries that responsibility both commercially and substantively. You own the client relationship and the health of an assigned portfolio across Axelerant's three engagement models — Managed Projects, Staff Augmentation, and CD&M; (Continuous Delivery & Maintenance) — reframing what clients ask for into what they actually need, advising credibly on what their platform can and cannot do, protecting margin while growing the account,



and turning delivery outcomes into narratives the rest of the business can use. Accountable for retention, engagement margin, and qualified growth within the portfolio.

What you'll do

Business & product intelligence
Reframe what clients ask for into what they actually need — connecting observed business pain points to defined problems, user needs, and expected outcomes before implementation begins. Validate commercially meaningful opportunities through user, task, or process research rather than accepting the obvious answer. Where investment decisions are in play, build the business case and quantify the ROI.

Platform & transformation advisory
Hold credible architecture and feasibility conversations without a developer in the room, and never mislead a client about what their platform can do. Identify digital maturity gaps and sequence delivery initiatives against the client's transformation path, not just their backlog. Track platform and market s
