Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Retail

Position Summar
yThe Area Sales Manager (ASM) is in charge of the Nestasia Business in his/her Territory (South & West), and reports directly to the Founder. The ASM manages all sales-generating activities and relationships in order to grow EBO and store in store sales in the assigned territory. The key role is to increase top-line sales revenue while following strict brand guidelines in terms of profitability (promotional rebates) and brand visibility (approved artworks and merchandise items). The ASM will be a leader who can train, lead-by-example and motivate the sales organization to execute the planned activities and deliver the expected results
.Duties and responsibilitie
- sHire, train and maintain workforce to operate the Nestasia owned EBO
- sManage inventory, compute stock movement and optimal placement in the EBO
- sCoordinate with the logistics and category team
- sExecute partnerships with stores in order to grow the portfolio of Nestasia products in the assigned territor




- yApply a sales strategy to target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the territory; execute promotional programs and activities with key partner
- sManage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned Operating Unit
- sManage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etc
- .Keep abreast and report on products, categories, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trend
- sAssist in recent store opening

dDesired Candidate Profil
- eAt least 5 years of sales experience in retail, Wholesaler, or Distributor sales environment- Home / FMCG / Fashion industries preferre
- dDemonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environmen
- tProven knowledge of managing EBOs, store in store and retail customer
- sExcellent verbal
