The Opportunity Most customer success roles are about managing relationships. This one is about becoming a trusted partner to investment firms running their entire back office on Fundwave.




Our customers depend on Fundwave for capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, portfolio tracking, waterfall calculations, and fund administration workflows. When they launch a new fund, onboard investors, prepare quarterly reports, or scale operations, you're often the first person they turn to.
You'll work directly with GPs, CFOs, controllers, finance teams, and fund administrators across multiple continents. One moment you might be helping a venture fund in Australia structure a new vehicle, and a few hours later working with a private equity firm in Recent York on investor reporting.

What You'll Do
