Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end delivery for Squad teams, from planning through execution, quality assurance, and release. Strong planning and execution skills.
· Lead and coordinate multiple Agile squads, ensuring alignment with sprint goals, milestones, and delivery commitments.
· Collaborate closely with other delivery leads, Squad Leads, QA Leads, and Product Owners.




· Facilitate regular team ceremonies and leadership syncs to ensure alignment and early issue resolution.
· Act as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, timelines, quality, and risks.
· Take ownership of delivery-related decisions and contribute to key cross-team and program-level decisions.
· Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparent communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.
· Facilitate regular governance forums and team syncs to ensure alignment and address impediments early.
· Monitor delivery progress, quality metrics, and risks; implement corrective and preventive actions proactively.
· Foster a solid quality mindset, ensuring adherence to delivery standards, integration quality, and best practices.
· Enable high team performance through collaboration, coaching, and removal of delivery blockers.
