Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing Center (Mandatory)
Solid experience in Duck Creek Billing Implementation
Expertise in Duck Creek Billing Configuration
Experience in creating and managing Accounts, Pay Plans, Billing Forms, Invoices & Installment Schedules
Experience in PCN Processing and Commission Report Generation
Strong understanding of Direct Billing and Agency Billing processes
Ability to configure and support, Billing Workflows & Billing Cycles
Payment Processing Functionalities.
Experience in troubleshooting, enhancements, and maintenance of Duck Creek Billing applications.
Good understanding of integrations between Duck Creek Billing and other Insurance systems
Experience working in Agile Development Environments.
Sound knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain and business processes
