Job Description
Katyayani Organics is building its export team in Bhopal.
We're one of India's fastest-growing agro-input companies, serving farmers across the country with crop protection and nutrition products. We're now expanding into international markets, and we're hiring the team that will drive it.
As an Export Executive, you'll be the point of contact for our overseas buyers: handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating shipments, and making sure every order moves smoothly from enquiry to delivery. Because our products are agrochemicals, you'll need to be able to talk about them credibly, which is why we're looking for someone with an agriculture background.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bhopal office. Candidates from outside Bhopal are welcome to apply but must be willing to relocate.

What you'll do
Respond to international customer inquiries over email, calls, and video meetings
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices,



and order confirmations
Coordinate export shipments with logistics partners, CHAs, and freight forwarders
Support export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, COA, certificates of origin, phytosanitary and registration paperwork
Track orders and keep customers updated on production and dispatch status
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM
Research recent markets and generate leads for international business development
Coordinate internally with production, QC, and accounts to keep orders on schedule

What we're looking for
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture, or B.Tech / M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering. An agri academic background is essential for this role, as you'll be discussing crop protection and nutrition products with overseas buyers
1 to 3 years of work experience, ideally in agro-inputs, agrochemicals, seeds, fertilisers, or exports
