Strategic Enrollment & Conversion




Lead the end-to-end enrollment process, proactively nurturing and converting prospective participants into confirmed programme participants within specified timelines.
Utilise diverse engagement channels (calls, emails, messaging platforms and professional networks) to drive conversions.
Consultative Engagement & Needs Diagnosis
Conduct structured, insightful consultations with senior leaders and executives.
Analyse complex career development goals to recommend the most relevant executive education programmes.
Participant Onboarding & Experience
Facilitate smooth onboarding of enrolled participants, ensuring all documentation and fee processes are completed accurately and on time.
Performance Analysis & Feedback
Monitor and refine lead conversion journeys, analysing metrics to optimise engagement effectiveness.
Share meaningful insights with internal teams to enhance lead quality and campaign outcomes.
