About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Freelance Video Editor with 2–5 years of experience in video editing. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of visual storytelling, social media content, reels, promotional videos, and short-form video editing.
Key Responsibilities
Edit videos for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and marketing content.
Add transitions, effects, subtitles, animations, music, sound effects, and other elements as required.
Understand the creative brief and deliver videos according to the required style and specifications.
Ensure videos are visually appealing, well-paced, and aligned with the brand identity.
Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final videos within the agreed timeline.




Manage multiple video editing assignments and meet deadlines consistently.
Maintain proper organization of project files, footage, and final outputs.
Stay updated with current video editing trends, formats, and social media content styles.
Required Skills
2–5 years of professional experience in video editing.
Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Good understanding of social media video formats and aspect ratios.
Knowledge of basic motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, and typography.
Strong sense of creativity, storytelling, composition, and timing.
Ability to understand instructions and implement feedback effectively.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as a freelancer and manage deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and promotional videos.
