This is a full time role for a Mechanical Designer in the Mumbai office, who will be responsible for designing & planning HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing systems, creating layouts, schematics, construction documentation drawings, and coordinating with other design disciplines and producing functional reports for multiple prestigious Commercial, Retail, F&B; projects across the globe.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, coordinating,



and designing mechanical engineering systems for Commercial, Retail, F&B; projects.
Execute day-to-day tasks related to HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing design for the assigned projects.
Responsible for the development of 2D drawings & 3D models of various HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems as required for the assigned project including but not limited to Technical Due Diligence, Design Basis Report, HLC, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Layout with High Side and Low Side Designs, using AutoCAD, REVIT and other relevant software.
Ability to work on AutoCAD, ACC, BIM 360 & maintain BIM standards and library of BIM objects.
Collaborate and coordinate with Architectural Design, MEP team, and other stakeholders to develop a clash-free system design.
Self-Review plans and specifications for technical accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.
