Role

Nisarg is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking CSR Manager with a strong background in education and a deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies in learning. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in EdTech integration with a track record of building high-value relationships with executive stakeholders, corporate CSR leaders, and foundations, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

Engage, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives,



Corporate CSR Directors, HNIs, and foundation leaders to secure long-term funding
Position Nisarg's tech-driven educational initiatives as high-impact solutions aligned with corporate CSR priorities and ESG goals
Design, draft, and present high-impact proposals, grant applications, and pitch decks highlighting AI and digital tools in education
Partner with internal teams to design scalable, technology-enhanced education initiatives for underserved communities
Lead and execute targeted fundraising strategies to generate resources for flagship education programmes
Ensure world-class donor reporting, impact measurement, and ongoing engagement to retain partners
Lead, mentor, and build capacity of the team, establishing transparent KPIs and driving collaborative performance
Travel extensively to engage with high-value corporate partners, PSUs, and field implementation sites
