Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for VoIP and cloud communications solutions. The Business Development Executive will conduct outreach to prospective clients, deliver product presentations and demonstrations,



and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also includes ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with marketing to refine messaging and support revenue growth.
Qualifications
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to build and grow a sustainable pipeline of prospective clients.
Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, understand business needs, and support long-term retention.
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or cloud-based technology solutions.
