About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate Campaign Operations Specialist to join our Campaign Operations team in Pune. The role will support the execution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of digital advertising, programmatic, and social (Omni-Channel) campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with campaign operations, optimization, troubleshooting, audience management,



campaign analytics, and advertising/marketing technology platforms. Experience with DSPs/SSP’s such as Xandr (AppNexus), Beeswax, DV360, CM360, Centro, The Trade Desk, GAM, OpenX, and Pubmatic. Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact is preferred.
The role requires a high degree of individual ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day campaign operations, troubleshoot and resolve issues, support Go-to-Market teams, and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
Key Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in Programmatic/Digital Advertising, AdTech, Campaign Operations, Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs, MAPs, CRMs, or similar advertising/marketing platforms.
