Our US Public Sector practice is in a high-growth phase, and we're scaling our India-based delivery engine to match. We're looking for a hands-on senior leader to build, modernize, and run it — someone with deep US IT staffing experience who's excited about AI-powered recruiting.
About The Role
This is a senior,
hands-on leadership role for a recruitment professional who has spent years inside US IT staffing — specifically delivering against state, local, and federal government requisitions — and now wants to modernize a fast-growing public sector practice with AI, automation, and a sharper pipeline strategy. You will own US public sector recruitment delivery from India, working in US time zones and partnering directly with Dash leadership on weekly cadence.
You will not just run requisitions. You will redesign how they get run — choosing the ATS and AI tools that fit, building reusable benches, automating low-value steps, and raising the quality bar on every candidate that goes to a client. You bring technology fundamentals, genuine curiosity about where the staffing industry is heading, and the self-starter energy to turn a directive into a working system.
