Role Description The Customer Relations Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The intern will support daily customer interaction at the flagship store, including welcoming clients, assisting with product inquiries, and guiding them through collections and styling options.



Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating appointment schedules, managing follow-ups, and supporting after-sales service to ensure a high-quality client experience. The role also involves handling basic queries via phone, email, and social media, collecting customer feedback, and sharing insights with the team to improve service standards. The intern will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support events, trunk shows, and in-store promotions.
