- Assist in identifying current leads and project opportunities N
- Support senior sales team in business development activities N
- Maintain database of consultants, contractors, and clients N

nInquiry Handling &Follow-ups;

- Track incoming inquiries and update in CRM N
- Follow up with clients for requirements, drawings, and BOQ N
- Ensure timely response to all assigned inquiries N

nTender & Proposal Support

- n
- Assist in studying tender documents and specifications N
- Support in preparing techno-commercial proposals N
- Coordinate with design/estimation team for BOQ and costing N

nClient Coordination
N
- n
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and OEMs N
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits N
- Support in maintaining healthy client relationships N

nTechnical Learning& Support

- n
- Provide technicalclarification and solution to clients N
- Conduct product presentations and system demonstrations N




- Support design team forfinalizing system configuration N

nDocumentation & MIS Reporting

- Maintain proper documentation of inquiries, proposals, and orders N
- Submit daily / weekly activity reports N
- Keep CRM updated with pipeline status N

nInternal Coordination

nQualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. A Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering with relevant experience will also be considered. N
