Job DescriptionAs a Technology Governance & Business Management professional, you will drive governance frameworks, financial oversight, and executive reporting within the Technology function. This role goes beyond operational support, owning and enhancing governance processes, ensuring financial and resource transparency, and acting as a strategic interface between technology teams and stakeholders across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and Japan.
NIt is an individual contributor role (70% execution, 30% governance) requiring hands‐on work in maintaining and improving financial data and dashboards, creating presentations and documentation, and assisting with resource and operations management.
NWhat You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

- Own and drive technology governance cadence, conducting periodic data gathering, collation, and analysis for dashboards/reporting (e.G., headcount, vendor performance, financials). N
- Perform advanced Excel‐based analysis with detailed manual data validation/reconciliation. N




- Create executive‐level reports such as headcount analysis with financial benefit, technology townhall decks, qualitative/quantitative analysis reports, and MBR/QBRs. N
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, risk & compliance frameworks, and reporting integrity. N
- Track adherence to governance processes, risk & compliance checklists, and project documentation standards. N
- Drive structured stakeholder engagement across global regions, ensuring timely and accurate inputs with expectation controls. N
- Manage expectations, escalations, and decision forums with transparent communication and governance discipline. N
- Influence stakeholders through insightful analysis, structured communication, and executive‐ready narratives. N
- Evaluate As‐Is vs To‐Beoperating models, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, governance, and scalability. N
- Drive process transformation initiatives across governance, reporting, and operational workflows. N
