NSummary:
NThe Oracle Utilities WAM Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management solutions. The role requires solid leadership, stakeholder management, solution architecture knowledge, and hands-on expertise in WAM modules to drive successful project delivery.
NRoles & Responsibilities:
NLead and manage Oracle Utilities WAM implementation and support projects.
NOwn solution design, system configuration, data migration, and integration with peripheral systems (e.G., CC&B;, MWM, GIS, SCADA).




NConduct requirement analysis workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
NOversee WAM configurationincluding Asset lifecycle management, Work Management, Inventory, Preventive Maintenance, Inspections, and Mobile integrations.
NEnsure alignment with utility industry standards and regulatory requirements.
NDrive best practices in work planning, resource optimization, asset lifecycle tracking, preventive maintenance, and reliability management.
NManage a team of consultants, guide technical and functional resources, conduct reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
NCoordinate with cross-functional teams (technical architecture, integration, reporting, infrastructure).
NManage project timelines,risk mitigation, and escalation handling.
NLead client communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
NSupport testing strategy (SIT, UAT), training, and hypercare/post go-live activities.
NDrive continuous process improvements
