Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship for a Business Development Intern who will work closely with the sales and business development team to identify potential advertisers, brands, agencies, and partners for Popbrain.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident in communication, comfortable with outreach and follow-ups, and interested in learning B2B sales, digital advertising, influencer marketing, and the AdTech ecosystem.

You will get hands-on exposure to the complete business development process—from identifying prospects and initiating conversations to scheduling meetings and supporting the team in closing business opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.




Confidence in speaking with brands, agencies, marketing professionals, and decision-makers.
Interest in Business Development, Sales, Digital Marketing, AdTech, Influencer Marketing, or Startups.
Basic understanding of digital advertising and social media marketing is preferred.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels for business outreach.
Valuable research and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a result-oriented mindset.
