NWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Group Head – Media Planning & Buying to lead end-to-end media planning and execution for a portfolio of clients across brand mandates. This role requires a strong blend of client servicing, strategic thinking, and hands-on media expertise across digital platforms.

NKey Responsibilities:
N1. Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for key brand media clients N
- Understand client business goals and translate them into effective media strategies N
- Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders N
- Present media strategies, performance reports, and optimization plans to clients N

n2. Media Planning & Strategy

- Develop integrated digital media plans across channels. N
- Align media strategies with both performance (ROI-driven) and branding (awareness & reach) objectives N




- Identify audience cohorts, channel mix, and budget allocation for maximum efficiency N
- Stay updated with platform innovations and incorporate them into planning N

n3. Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) & Forecasting

- Lead the creationof AOPs, quarterly and monthly media roadmaps N
- Forecast spends, performance metrics, and growth opportunities N
- Track plan vs. actuals and optimize for improved outcomes N

n4. Campaign Execution & Optimization

- n
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and execution across platforms N
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to campaign KPIs N
- Work closely with platform teams for continuous optimization (bidding strategies, creatives, targeting, etc.) N
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement corrective measures N
