NResponsibilities:

- Manage projects according to Convergint's policies and standards to meet client satisfaction.
N
- Prepare projects, including project scheduling, budget review, sales order, and kick-off meeting.
N
- Lead site meetings and coordination, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes and coordination with the client.
N
- Carry out internal handover and handover to the client.
N
- Manage project team andsubcontractor.
N
- Manage documentation.
N
- Conduct security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming in accordance with Convergint's policies and standards.
N
- Assist and provide technical support to sales and other departments.
N
- Conduct on-site client training.
N
- Develop in-depth systemdesign and drawings using AutoCAD.
N
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security equipment, cabling, and CCTV & Access Control systems.
NRequirements:
N
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation,



or Mechanical Engineering.
N
- 5+ years' work experience in security, cabling, and/or electronic systems project implementation and commissioning;
familiar with ELV-related products.
N
- Excellent organizational skills related to program/project management.
N
- Broad industry and market knowledge of network and low voltage building systems.
N
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
N
- Exceptional written andoral communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organization.
N
- Basic IT knowledge in hardware, networks, and databases.
N
- Proficient in security,cabling, installation and commissioning;
experience in the installation and commission of mainstream UPS, power supply and distribution systems is an advantage.
N
- Willing to work on-site.
N
- Project management experience is an advantage.
