NWe are looking for an energetic and experienced Video Editing Manager who can lead our editing team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of engaging content.
NKey Responsibilities

- Lead the video editing team, assign projects, and ensure timely completion. N
- Review, refine, and improve videos before publishing. N
- Convert scripts and rawfootage into engaging, high-retention videos. N
- Enhance storytelling through pacing, B-rolls, graphics, motion graphics, sound design, and music. N
- Maintain consistent video quality and visual standards across all content. N
- Collaborate with content, research,



thumbnail, and production teams. N
- Create editing templates, SOPs, and productive workflows. N
- Analyze audience retention insights and continuously improve editing quality. N
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. N

nWhat We Are Looking For

- n
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience. N
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. N
- Understanding of YouTube storytelling, audience retention, and content trends. N
- Ability to lead editorsand manage multiple projects. N
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. N
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills. N
- Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing editing skills is mandatory. N
- Willingness to work on-site from Malkapur. N
