Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Commercial & Business Operations

Manage end‑to‑end commercial operations covering the complete buying and selling lifecycle.
Provide continuous commercial support and clarifications to Sales and Marketing teams to enable smooth order conversions and deal closures.
Issue operational and commercial guidelines to the Sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Prioritize and expedite critical transactions based on business urgency and operational impact.

ERP, Invoicing & MIS

Maintain and monitor ERP systems for sales orders, procurement entries, inventory tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
Handle raising, verification, and closure of sales invoices in coordination with Finance and Sales teams.
Generate and analyze MIS and commercial reports to support management review and decision‑making.

Procurement (Domestic & Imports)

Handle end‑to‑end procurement operations for domestic and USD/import purchases, including vendor coordination and documentation.




Ensure timely procurement aligned with sales forecasts and delivery commitments.
Support commercial negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Accounts Receivable & Vendor Management

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoice submission, payment follow‑ups, and collections.
Coordinate vendor payments and collections, maintaining healthy vendor relationships.
Resolve issues related to credit terms, discrepancies, and commercial documentation.

Logistics, Delivery & Stores Management

Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and cost‑effective deliveries to customers.
Ensure on‑time delivery commitments by negotiating mutually agreed commercial terms (margins, credit periods, late delivery clauses) within approved budgets.
Manage Stores and inventory operations, ensuring secure storage, proper handling, and availability of products.

Ensure compliance with commercial policies, statutory requirement
