Role Description The Visa Counsellor will provide end-to-end assistance to customers seeking visas for international travel, including guidance on requirements, documentation, and application processes. In this full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, the Visa Counsellor will review and verify client documents, complete online visa forms, schedule appointments, and track application status. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations for multiple countries and clearly explaining procedures, timelines, and fees to clients. The Visa Counsellor will coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure travel plans align with visa conditions, and will maintain accurate records in company systems. Daily responsibilities also include responding to phone and email inquiries, handling sensitive information securely, and delivering a skilled, customer-centered experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills,



with the ability to explain complex visa procedures in clear, simple language.
Attention to detail and documentation skills for verifying forms, supporting documents, and compliance with country-specific regulations.
Basic computer proficiency, including working with online visa portals, email, spreadsheets, and CRM or booking systems.
Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently.
Previous experience in visa processing, travel agencies, or immigration services is preferred.
Knowledge of international travel and airline booking processes is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate with local and remote team members.
Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in travel, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
