POSITION OVERVIEW: Are you passionate about education and ready to make a meaningful impact? As a Propel Academic Coach, you will train teachers, implement Propel curriculum, and work closely with schools to ensure success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train and Orient: Conduct teacher training sessions and lead parent orientations to build awareness and engagement with the Propel system.
Drive Propel Implementation: Collaborate with schools to ensure seamless implementation of Propel curriculum in classrooms
Drive Compliance: Ensure timely collections and compliance with school agreements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Background: Academic Coordinators, Teacher Trainers, Senior Teachers, TFI Fellows, or Gandhi Fellows.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of academic experience.
Training Expertise: Proven experience in training teachers or driving teacher outcomes. Willingness to
Travel: Open to traveling to schools within a ~150 km radius.
Preference will be for those local to the geography of hiring.
