? We’re Hiring | Lead – Representative Strategic Partnerships
? Location: Delhi/NCR
? Experience: 5–10 Years
Hesa is looking for a well-connected, commercially oriented professional to represent the organization across Delhi/NCR and build robust relationships with key stakeholders.
The role will involve working closely with government bodies, industry associations, corporates, trade organizations, startups, investors and business leaders to identify and develop strategic opportunities for Hesa.
? Key Responsibilities
• Represent Hesa at industry conferences, trade fairs, startup forums, networking events and business platforms
• Build relationships with CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM and relevant industry/trade bodies
• Develop relationships with government departments, corporates and institutional stakeholders
• Identify strategic partnerships and business opportunities across India
• Track relevant government policies, schemes and initiatives
• Facilitate introductions, meetings, proposals, MoUs and partnership discussions




• Work with leadership and business teams to convert opportunities into tangible outcomes
• Explore agri buy-sell, sourcing and export opportunities where relevant
? What We’re Looking For
Someone who is well-connected, confident in stakeholder management, commercially driven and an excellent communicator, with the ability to independently represent the organization at senior forums.
Experience or exposure to agribusiness, commodity trading or exports will be an added advantage.
