NCPA (Cost Per Action) andCPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns. In this role, you will be
Nresponsible for end-to-end campaign execution, bid optimization, audience architecture, and performance
Nscaling across Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Beeswax / Free Wheel. You will operate at the
Nintersection of data, creative strategy, and ad tech to deliver measurable business outcomes and hit
Ndirect-response targets.
NKey Responsibilities

- Campaign Execution & Management: Traffic, launch, and manage full-funnel programmatic campaigns (display, video, and native) across DV360 and Beeswax / Free Wheel. N
- Bidding & Algorithmic Optimization: Adjust bid strategies, line-item settings, pacing, and contextual targeting to maximize conversions while achieving Target CPA/CPL goals. N
- Tracking & Ad Ops Integration: Partner with Ad Ops to set up, QA, and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Floodlight tags, GTM, server-side tracking, and pixels)



to ensure accurate performance attribution. N
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Daily tracking of core KPIs (Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Lead, Conversion Rate, eCPM) and rapid troubleshooting of tracking or delivery anomalies. N
- Audience Architecture: Architect and deploy audience targeting strategies leveraging 1st-party CRM data, custom intent/affinity segments, and 3rd-party data for targeted prospecting and retargeting. N
- Creative Strategy & A/BTesting: Work cross-functionally with creative teams and ad ops to align landing pages, energetic ad formats (DCO), and ad messaging with conversion goals. N
- Brand Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict brand safety, fraud prevention, and viewability standards using verification tools (e.G., IAS, Double Verify, MOAT) to protect budgets and ad quality. N
