Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at our showroom in Bhubaneswar. This role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their project requirements,



and presenting suitable product options from our range of marbles, granites, tiles, and other décor solutions. The specialist will prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and support the closing of sales while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the buying journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing local marketing initiatives, managing social media and promotional campaigns, coordinating with the showroom team to maintain product displays, and gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, participating in product trainings, and collaborating closely with management to achieve revenue and growth targets.
