About the Role:
T – Mobile is transforming into a digital–first, AI-enabled, and data–driven organization, building contemporary platforms that power critical business functions at scale. A key focus area is evolving our Commissions systems into scalable, real–time, microservice–based architectures.

What You’ll Do:
Design and develop scalable microservices for commission processing using Java and Spring Boot.




Build and expose well – designed RESTful APIs for commission calculations, adjustments, and reporting.
Decompose monolithic commission systems into loosely coupled, domain–driven microservices.
Implement high – performance, low – latency services capable of handling high transaction volumes.
Apply microservices design patterns (circuit breaker, retry, idempotency, fault tolerance).
Develop event–driven services using messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) where applicable.
Optimize application performance through JVM tuning, concurrency handling, and efficient resource management.
Ensure API reliability, versioning, and backward compatibility across services.
Collaborate with product and business teams to translate commission rules into scalable service logic.
Integrate microservices with downstream systems (databases, external APIs, financial systems).
Implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing) for distributed systems.
