Role Description The Management Executive will oversee and coordinate key business operations, including production planning, resource allocation,



and process optimization to support the company’s casting and manufacturing activities. This full time on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing management reports, and supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing operational and financial data. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety and environmental policies. Daily responsibilities include stakeholder communication, vendor and client coordination, assisting in budgeting and cost control initiatives, and driving continuous improvement projects aligned with organizational goals.
