Norganizations reduce human error, lower operational costs, and increase productivity.
NCore Responsibilities (Asan Individual Contributor)
N∙Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and targeting potential clients across industries like manufacturing (Mid-Market) that rely on high-volume, manual processes, thus creating qualified pipeline.
N∙Consultative Selling: Analysing a prospect's existing business processes to identify
Nbottlenecks and inefficiencies that can be solved through automation.
N∙Solution Demonstrations: Conducting technical presentations and product demos of
NBPA tools (e.G., RPA, workflow engines, or AI-driven platforms) to show real-world value.
N∙Account Management & Relationship Building:



Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive adoption and ensure long-term satisfaction.
N∙Strategic Collaboration: Working with internal technical teams and subject matter
Nexperts to tailor software solutions that meet specific client needs.
N∙Closing & Management: Negotiating contracts, managing the sales pipeline and
Nproviding sales forecaststo management.
NKey Qualifications
n∙Education: Typically, a bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
N∙Experience: Proven track record in software sales, specifically in business process
Nautomation, SaaS, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for Manufacturing
Nvertical for minimum 3 Years.
N∙Technical Skills: Familiarity with technologies like Robotic Process Automation
N(RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Gen AI, AI Agents, etc.
N∙Soft Skills: Fluent English Speaking, Solid negotiation, presentation, and
Nrelationship-building abilities to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
