About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Ad Sales / Business Development professional to acquire and manage advertisers, with a focus on app marketing, CPI campaigns, and user acquisition. The role involves client acquisition, account management, pricing negotiation, campaign coordination, performance analysis, and revenue growth, working closely with our marketing and operations teams.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Ad Sales,



Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Experience in client acquisition, account growth, and revenue generation
• Understanding of CPI, App Installs, CTR, CVR, ROI, DSPs/SSPs
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Target-driven, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in AdTech / Mobile Marketing / App Marketing is a plus
