NDeshroot Global LLP is building a curated e-commerce platform focused on authentic Indian handicrafts, regional products and artisan-led brands. We work with vendors across India and manage marketplace operations involving vendor settlements, customer orders, returns, logistics, taxation and inventory-related accounting.
NWe are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Accountant & ERP Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting while implementing and maintaining accurate financial records through an ERP system.
Key Responsibilities N

- Maintain completebooks of accounts for Deshroot Global LLP. N
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, returns and refunds. N
- Reconcile payment gateway settlements, including Razorpay and other payment partners. N
- Reconcile COD remittances and shipping-related transactions from logistics platforms such as Shiprocket. N
- Track customer orders, cancellations, refunds, RTOs, returns and replacement transactions. N
- Maintain vendor-wise purchase, commission,



margin and settlement records. N
- Prepare and verify vendor payout statements according to the defined settlement cycle. N
- Reconcile vendor invoices, credit notes, debit notes and outstanding balances. N
- Manage bank reconciliation and monitor pending or unidentified transactions. N
- Handle GST-related accounting, including input tax credit reconciliation, sales registers and purchase registers. N
- Support preparation andfiling of GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory compliances in coordination with the company's CA. N
- Maintain proper recordsof e-commerce TCS, TDS and applicable marketplace deductions. N
- Generate invoices, credit notes, debit notes and payment vouchers. N
- Maintain expense records, petty cash and employee reimbursement entries. N
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, cash-flow summaries and management reports. N
- Assist in month-end andyear
