Role Description The Typesetter role at HubHawks is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Typesetter will format and layout manuscripts for print and digital publication, ensuring consistency in typography, spacing, and overall design quality. Day-to-day tasks include working with tools such as Adobe InDesign, applying style guidelines, adjusting layouts based on editorial feedback,



and preparing files that meet printer and platform specifications. The Typesetter will collaborate closely with editors, designers, and marketing teams to deliver visually polished and reader-friendly book interiors. The role may also involve communicating with clients or internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve formatting issues, and ensure timely delivery of typeset projects.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Typesetting and Adobe InDesign for print and digital book layouts.
Proficient Typing skills and attention to detail for handling manuscripts and text-heavy documents.
Ability to provide professional Customer Service when interacting with authors, publishers, and internal teams.
Relevant education or training in Publishing, Graphic Design, Typography, or a related field.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with other layout or design software, knowledge of print
