About The Role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking current revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans.
Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Loyalty team and take ownership of identifying, closing, and scaling high-value partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue generation.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the development and execution of our loyalty and travel partnership strategy across priority markets and verticals
Leading negotiations and structuring commercial agreements that deliver measurable ROI
Collaborating closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and Design teams
Conducting deep dives into complex problems, identifying root causes, and designing solutions that unlock step change improvements
Presenting to senior stakeholders and prioritising deals based on impact
