- Identify and research prospects matching our ICP N
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone N
- Book qualified meetingswith decision maker (CTO, IT Head, CFO) N
- Log every touch, every response, every outcome same day, every day N
- Follow up systematically as many times as it takes with the right message N
- Assist BDM on discoverycalls and proposal preparation N
- Build and maintain prospect lists from fresh data sources N

- 1-3 years in outbound B2B IT services sales N
- Has reached decision maker level — CTO, IT Head, or Business Owner N
- Microsoft ecosystem familiarity — M365, Azure, or managed services preferred N
- CRM discipline — you log everything, same day N
- Comfortable on the phone — not just email and LinkedIn N
- Organised and consistent N
