Role Description The Event & BTL Activation Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role oversees end-to-end planning and execution of events and below-the-line (BTL) activations, including concept development, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-ground supervision. The manager will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, design activation strategies,



and ensure seamless delivery aligned with brand guidelines. Daily activities include briefing creative teams, preparing timelines, managing logistics, monitoring quality, and tracking campaign performance against KPIs. The role also involves identifying new activation opportunities, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and providing post-event reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in event management, BTL activations, and experiential marketing to plan and execute on-ground brand campaigns.
Skills in client servicing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration to translate business objectives into effective activations.
Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and logistics coordination to manage multiple events and campaigns.
Ability to develop creative concepts, oversee brand communication, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
