As we accelerate expansion in India's high-growth market, we're seeking a agile Sales Manager to lead our regional business development and build long-term partnerships.
NRole Overview
nBased in India (Bengaluru/Mumbai/Delhi preferred), you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for B2B clients, drive revenue growth, and shape our market penetration strategy. This hybrid role combines strategic territory planning, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional business results.
NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to penetrate India's industrial, manufacturing, and clean energy sectors, meeting or exceeding annual revenue quotas N
- Prospect and acquire new enterprise clients through consultative selling, leveraging digital tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and industry networks N




- Build multi-threaded relationships with C-level decision-makers, understanding client pain points to deliver tailored solutions N
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and inform product/marketing strategies N
- Collaborate with globalteams (China headquarters & APAC regional office) to ensure seamless client onboarding and support N
- Maintain accurate salesforecasting and pipeline management, providing transparent updates to leadership N
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility in India N
