Job Description :

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient and treatment data in our IVF centre’s system, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Input and update patient information, treatment details, and medical records.
Verify data accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of patient data.
Generate and manage reports related to patient treatments and outcomes.
Assist in filing and maintaining patient records.




Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely data entry.

Qualifications

Graduation, or equivalent
Experience in data entry, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Solid attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Desired Skills

Knowledge of IVF terminology and processes.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
