Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, responsible for overall leadership and strategic direction of DEMAC TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.



Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business goals, overseeing project pipelines, and ensuring that EPC/LSTK projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves guiding senior managers in operations, finance, business development, and project management, while maintaining robust relationships with clients, vendors, and partners across target industries. The Owner monitors organizational performance, approves major investments and contracts, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality systems. The role also includes identifying recent business opportunities, driving process improvements, and promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous learning across the company.
