The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent across various technologies while working closely with Account Managers and clients to fulfill staffing requirements within defined timelines. The role demands strong communication skills, expertise in sourcing strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing workplace.
