Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Salonior is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the specialist will identify and engage potential salon and spa clients, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions that address operational challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals,



and closing new business while maintaining strong client relationships. The specialist will also support marketing initiatives by contributing to campaigns, participating in events or outreach activities, and gathering market feedback to refine messaging and positioning. Collaboration with the product and support teams is expected to ensure smooth onboarding, client training, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain qualified relationships.
Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, product presentations, and deal closure.
Experience in Training clients or teams on software products or services.
Background in Sales Management or account management, including pipeline tracking and performance reporting.
Familiarity with salon, spa, or retail operations is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in New Delh
