Role Description The Fundraising Manager with 6 months to 2 years is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing fundraising campaigns and initiatives to support organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and cultivating potential donors, developing proposals and fundraising materials, organizing events and outreach activities, and managing donor communications and stewardship.



The Fundraising Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational priorities, track and report on fundraising performance, and ensure accurate documentation of donor data. This role also involves building partnerships with charities, philanthropic organizations, and community stakeholders to expand the fundraising network.

Qualifications

Experience engaging with major donors and managing donor relationships, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear proposals, presentations, and donor correspondence.

Knowledge of philanthropy and charitable giving practices, with an understanding of sector trends and ethical standards.

Experience with annual giving programs, fundraising campaigns, and donor retention strategies.

Proven ability to set fundraising targets, analyze results, and use data to refine strategies.
